Our Practice

We are passionate about buildings. We aim to work hand in hand with designers, architects and owners from the earliest stage of any project while crafting innovative and energy efficient systems that enhance not distract from fully experiencing their built visions.

We understand what it takes to create cutting edge engineering for exciting spaces.

Too often, however, architectural ambition is let down by engineering services that do not keep pace with that creativity.  Designers, architects and owners of boutique projects are often faced with a limited choice between engineering services that are not sophisticated enough to execute their visions or are too well established to meet their limited budgets.

We aim to fix that.  |  MOROZOV Brochure

Vivienne Westwood opens the second flagship store in New York with the new design concept, following the one in Paris. In the US the brand has already other two shops in L.A. and Honolulu. Located in the 14 East 55th street in an elegant townhouse, adjacent to the 5th Avenue, the building – designed by Simona Franci, Design Director and partner of Fortebis Group – spreads over 1400 square meters over three floors of boutique and three of showroom....

At Ms. Westwood’s new store in Manhattan, shirts, blazers and dresses are emblazoned with political slogans. The Manhattan store opened in December, two months after the opening of her first stand-alone store in Paris and one month after she and her son, Joseph Corré, set fire to 5 million British pounds worth of punk memorabilia on a barge on the Thames to protest the commercialism of the movement. ...
